Walker has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has spent the last 14 providing clients with comprehensive wealth management solutions. Walker applies an interpersonal approach to investment planning and client relationships by taking time to assess the wide-ranging issues and opportunities significant to his clients’ financial lives. “My goal is to serve as a trusted financial consultant to families, delivering actionable guidance and tools, through the evolution of their financial needs,” says Walker.
Teresa Garrison, a registered client associate with more than 25 years of experience, supports Walker and seeks to offer a high-touch level of service for all clients.
After graduating from the University of Arkansas in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Financial Management, Walker began his career with Stephens Inc. as a Fixed Income Analyst. He then worked in the financial services industry for several years at other firms before rejoining Stephens in the Private Client Group in 2004.
Walker completed Stephens University, an advanced wealth management program offered through Wake Forest University.
Walker and his wife, Kimberly, have three children, Will, Sam, and Whit. Walker spends most of his free time watching his kids in various sporting activities. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, watching sports, and spending time on the lake.
