William joined the Private Wealth Management division at Stephens in 2026 as a Financial Advisor, working alongside his father, Terry Pollock, and the Grobmyer, Porter & Pollock team. He partners closely with senior team members Jack Grobmyer, Charlie Porter, and Terry Pollock to support clients in defining, setting, and pursuing their financial goals through a thoughtful and collaborative planning process.
William values the team’s approach to wealth management and believes it provides meaningful perspective for clients at different stages of life. As William notes, “As a multigenerational team, we offer experience-based counsel that aligns with clients’ needs. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, we are prepared to navigate their circumstances and develop plans appropriate for their goals.”
Supporting William’s practice is Teresa Garrison, his registered client associate. Teresa has been with Stephens for more than 25 years and assists clients with account administration and ongoing service needs.
William began his career at Stephens in 2019 within the Investment Banking division, where he primarily advised family-owned and founder-led businesses as they navigated complex M&A transactions that culminated in significant liquidity events. This experience shaped his unique perspective on financial planning, succession and long-term wealth stewardship.
William earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arkansas in 2018, graduating cum laude as an Honors College Fellow. He also completed a Master of Accountancy degree in 2019. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Accountancy. His CPA background allows him to draw on formal training in accounting and financial analysis as he works with clients to develop and implement comprehensive wealth strategies.
William is actively engaged in his community and is an inaugural member of the Episcopal Collegiate School Alumni Council, which was established to represent the alumni network and strengthen engagement with the school and current students.
William lives in Little Rock, Arkansas with his wife, Bailey, and their twin children, Whitt and Palmer. In his free time, he enjoys being with family and friends, playing golf, spending time outdoors, and traveling.
