Adam Cunningham

Mr. Cunningham joined Stephens in 2015 as a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Group to provide investment banking coverage of banks and thrifts in the Midwest. While with Stephens, Mr. Cunningham has been involved in a wide range of mergers and acquisitions and capital transactions advising both public and private corporate clients. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Cunningham worked in a number of roles focused on mergers and acquisitions, including as an Associate in the Financial Services Investment Banking Group of Raymond James. Mr. Cunningham began his career as a credit analyst in the commercial banking development program of American National Bank and Trust Company of Chicago. He holds a BBA in finance from The University of Notre Dame and an MBA from The UCLA Anderson School of Management.
