Andreas Illmer-Weicker is an Associate Director in Stephens’ Frankfurt office. Prior to joining Stephens, he was an Associate at Harris Williams and worked for the technology team at ACXIT Capital Partners. He has over 4 years of experience advising private, public and private equity owned clients on M&A buy-side and sell-side transactions as well as on leveraged buyouts across a range of sectors including TMT, Industrial Technology, Healthcare and Consumer. Andreas holds a MSc in Finance from the University of Edinburgh.
