Director
Andreas Jäger is an Director in Stephens' Frankfurt office. Prior to joining Stephens in 2019, he was a Vice President at the M&A large cap team of Commerzbank and worked for the M&A department of Bankhaus Lampe. He has over 8 years of experience in advising private, public and private equity owned clients on M&A buy-side and sell-side transactions as well as on public takeovers across a range of sectors, including Industrials, Energy and Retail. Andreas holds a degree in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Augsburg (Germany) as well as an MBA from the University of Dayton (US).
