Managing Director
Mr. Allio joined Stephens in 2012 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the Industrials Group. Mr. Allio has over fifteen years of investment banking experience and currently focuses on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and financial advisory assignments for both public and private companies. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Allio worked in the Industrials Group at KeyBanc Capital Markets. During his tenure at KeyBanc, Mr. Allio worked in the M&A group where he focused on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions and corporate divestitures across the industrials sector. He also worked in KeyBanc’s Equity Capital Markets Group. Mr. Allio began his career at KeyBanc in 2006 within the Industrials Group, where he focused primarily on the Diversified Industrials sector. He joined the Industrials Group through KeyBanc’s Corporate and Investment Banking rotational analyst program. Mr. Allio holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from Ohio University.
