Austin Collins

Mr. Collins joined Stephens in 2019 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President covering Food, Beverage & Agriculture in the Consumer Group. Mr. Collins has over 15 years of investment banking experience advising on sell-side and buy-side M&A engagements, capital markets transactions, and advisory assignments for public and private companies. Prior to joining Stephens, he worked at Imperial Capital, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Wachovia Securities. Mr. Collins received a B.S. from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business.
