Brad Yates

Mr. Yates is a Managing Director responsible for the Firm’s Industrials effort. He also founded the Firm’s Specialty Distribution and Services Practice in 2004. He has over 25 years of experience in investment banking. Mr. Yates has provided M&A advice on well over 100 transactions for numerous companies, boards and private equity firms including leading a significant number of sell side assignments. Additionally, he has helped clients raise over $30 billion in the public and private markets including a considerable amount of leveraged acquisition financing. Prior to joining Stephens in 2004, he built successful businesses at Salomon Brothers, Bank of America and SG Cowen.

Additionally, Mr. Yates has been director on a number of company boards and is currently a director of Royston, Inc.
