Bruce Miller joined Stephens in 2004 and heads the firm's Financial Services investment banking group. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Miller was a Principal with Burke Capital Group, a financial services investment banking boutique in Atlanta. He was previously a corporate lawyer with Alston & Bird in Atlanta, where he counseled numerous public and private companies on M&A transactions, securities offerings and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Miller began his legal career as a corporate lawyer with McGuire, Woods, Battle & Boothe in Richmond, Virginia, where he focused on M&A transactions and corporate finance matters for several retailing companies and utilities. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in finance from N.C. State University. He earned his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University, where he was a member of the Board of Editors of the Wake Forest Law Review.
