Christopher Gidden

Mr. Gidden is a Managing Director and leads the firm’s Aerospace & Defense (A&D) strategic advisory efforts. He specializes in advising global clients on a range of strategic and financial transactions including strategic business development, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Capital Market transactions. Mr. Gidden previously held leadership positions at JPMorgan and Moelis & Company in New York and London before joining Stephens in 2016.

Prior to investment banking, Mr. Gidden served in the U.S. Navy for almost ten years with specialized aviation, naval and ground units and as a NCIS Special Agent. Mr. Gidden retired as a Commander from the U.S. Navy Reserves in 2014.

Mr. Gidden holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with honours from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton Business School).
