Mr. Huisinga has more than 20 years of investment banking experience. He joined Stephens in 2004. He is the Head of the Consumer Group and specializes in Food & Agribusiness. Mr. Huisinga has advised on a wide array of M&A transactions and equity and debt financings in the Food & Agribusiness sector, and has worked with both large cap and middle market clients, including Tyson Foods, Coleman Natural, ConAgra Foods, Pinnacle Foods, and The Andersons. He previously worked in the Consumer/Food Group at Merrill Lynch. Prior to Merrill Lynch, he worked in Nomura Securities’ Latin America Group. He began his career with Kidder, Peabody & Co. He earned a BA in history from Northwestern University and an MS in finance from the MIT Sloan School.
