Drew Weaver

Mr. Weaver joined Stephens in 2022 as a member of the firm’s Energy Group, focusing on the Energy Infrastructure and Oilfield Services sectors. In this capacity, he has participated in a variety of M&A and capital raise transactions. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Weaver worked at BOK Financial where he was responsible for underwriting and facilitating numerous credit transactions within the Upstream and Midstream sectors. He received a BSBA in Finance and Accounting from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he graduated with honors.
