George Allner is an Associate in the European Financing Advisory Group in Stephens' London office. Prior to joining Stephens in 2022 he worked for Ernst & Young (EY) across both its Debt Advisory and Restructuring teams based in London.
While in Restructuring, George primarily advised lenders such as banks and funds in financial restructuring transactions. In Debt Advisory, George worked on refinancing engagements across various sectors including healthcare, higher education, real estate and transport. He has advised clients across the UK and Europe.
George has a BA Honours degree in Philosophy from the University of Nottingham and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants.
