Managing Director & Head of Germany
Gerhard Gleich is a Managing Director in Stephens' Frankfurt office and Head of Germany. Prior to joining Stephens in 2015, Gerhard headed the German investment banking practice of Canaccord Genuity and was Head of Industrials at Berenberg Bank. He started his career at Dresdner Kleinwort and Deutsche Bank, where he held the position of Assistant to the Chairman of the Board, Hilmar Kopper, and also sat on the Board of FTE Automotive. Gerhard has more than twenty years of experience advising mid and large-cap corporate clients as well as private equity investors and family offices on public and private M&A transactions, debt and equity raisings. He has originated and executed numerous transactions within the Industrials sector with a particular focus on engineering, automation, flow control and industrial technology. He graduated as Diplom-Kaufmann from the University of Augsburg.
