Louis Jeng is a Managing Director within Stephens’ Technology Group and is based in the London office.
He has more than 22 years of technology investment banking experience. His transaction experience covers several key strategic themes across vertical software and industrial technologies. He has led and advised on over 50 public and private transactions across Europe and the Nordics.
Select transactions include advising Qt on its public takeover of IAR Systems; Mapex on its acquisition by proALPHA; Charlesbank Capital Partners on its investment in CENTEGIX; Keensight Capital on its investment in Onventis; the acquisition of Germanedge by Aptean; the sale of Riscure to Keysight; the sale of Wiferion to Tesla; the sale of ICEpower to Crestline Investors; the sale of Pinja to Norvestor; the sale of Profit Software to Volpi Capital; and the sale of Phase One to Axcel.
Prior to joining Stephens, Louis co-led the vertical software and industrial technologies practice within Stifel’s Global Technology Group in Europe and was also a Managing Director within Mooreland Partners' Enterprise Software and Industrial Tech practice groups before the firm's acquisition by Stifel in 2019.
Louis holds a First-Class degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from UMIST (University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology) and a Master’s degree in Finance from Imperial College London.
