Matt Mazar

Mr. Mazar joined Stephens in 2023 and currently serves as a member of the Services team. He works with a variety of public, private equity-backed, and founder-owned companies across the Professional Services and Commercial Services sectors. Prior to Stephens, Mr. Mazar worked on numerous transactions in the services, technology, and defense sectors at William Blair and Citizens M&A, and he served 8 years as a Blackhawk pilot and officer for the United States Army where he completed two deployments. Mr. Mazar received an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
