Senior Vice President
Matt Mazar is a senior banker on the Business Services team at Stephens where he advises public, private equity-backed, and founder-owned businesses on sell-side M&A, buy-side M&A, and capital markets transactions. He works with businesses across the Professional Services and Commercial Services sectors, with significant experience in IT services, tech-enabled services, and blue-collar services models. Matt joined Stephens in 2023 after working at William Blair, Citizens M&A, and Goldman Sachs. Prior to banking, Matt served for eight years as a U.S. Army officer and Blackhawk pilot, completing two combat deployments. He earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and his BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
