Matthew Ferdinandi

Mr. Ferdinandi joined Stephens in 2022 as a Vice President in the firm’s Consumer Group and specializes in the Food & Agribusiness sector. He has advised on a variety of transactions, including M&A, capital raises, and other strategic advisory work in food & agribusiness, branded consumer products, business services, manufacturing, and broader industrials. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Ferdinandi was a Director of Corporate Strategy at Bureau Veritas SA (ENXTPA:BVI), a global leader in Testing, Inspection, and Certification. He began his career in investment banking focused on cross-border M&A at Fredericks Michael & Co. Mr. Ferdinandi has a BA in Economics with scholars distinction from the University of Miami.
