Executive Vice President, Head of Investment Banking
Mr. Marks is the Head of Investment Banking at Stephens Inc. He joined Stephens in July 2002. He focuses on transaction advisory work across the dealership sector including auto, truck, recreational vehicle, boat, agriculture and equipment dealerships, vehicle auctions and other related product and technology vendors. He has executed on a variety of transactions for private owners, public boards and management teams including buy side and sell side advisory, strategic alternatives, valuation events and equity and debt capital offerings.
He serves on the board of Vanguard Truck Centers, a Class 8 truck dealership group owned by Stephens Capital Partners. During his career, he has executed over 60 transactions representing over 335 dealerships with a combined value greater than $20 billion. Mr. Marks earned a BS degree in business administration and accounting from Washington and Lee University.
