Michael Smith is an Associate in Stephens’ London office. Michael joined Stephens in 2021 and is a member of the firm’s Specialty Finance investment banking group. At Stephens, he has worked on a variety of transactions for both public and private companies, including buy-side and sell-side M&A as well as debt and equity capital raising transactions. Michael has advised clients across the UK, Europe and the US.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
