Peter Gant

Mr. Gant joined Stephens in 2023 and serves as the Head of Technology. Mr. Gant has more than 24 years of experience in investment banking focused on the software industry. Prior to joining Stephens, he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Software Investment Banking at Cowen. Mr. Gant started his investment banking career at RBC Capital Markets where he covered the software industry in a variety of roles, including Co-Head of Technology Mergers & Acquisitions and Global Head of Software Mergers & Acquisitions.

Mr. Gant earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering from Cornell University and obtained his Master of Business Administration from Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley.
