Prior to joining Stephens, he served in various roles at Rivington Holdings, LLC, focusing on capital raising and M&A advisory assignments in the upstream oil and gas sector. Additionally, Richard started his career as an Analyst in J.P. Morgan’s Asset Based Lending Group where he covered a wide range of industries. Richard received his B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University.
