Mr. Bristol III joined Stephens as an Analyst in 2021 and currently serves as an Associate in the firm’s Financial Institutions Group in New York. During his analyst tenure at Stephens, Mr. Bristol III has participated in over 8 announced & closed M&A transactions and over 4 successful capital raising transactions. Prior to joining Stephens, Mr. Bristol III graduated from the University of Mississippi’s Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College receiving a Bachelors in Accountancy and a minor in Manufacturing from the Haley Barbour Center for Manufacturing Excellence. Following graduation Mr. Bristol attended Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business where he received a Master of Science in Qualitative Management - Finance.
