Salman Ahmed is a member of the M&A Advisory team in Stephens's London office. Prior to joining the firm in 2021, he worked for Ernst & Young on their Corporate Finance and M&A Tax teams. He has advised clients in the UK and internationally and has worked on engagements across various sectors including transport, healthcare and government. He has also advised PE houses on tax due diligence and structuring of target companies. Salman has a BSc Honours degree in Accounting & Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School) and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
