Managing Director
Shelly Waters joined Stephens in 2020 and currently serves as a Managing Director focused on the Business Services space. He works with a variety of public, private equity-backed and founder-owned companies across the Professional Services and Commercial Services sectors. Shelly has over 12 years of investment banking experience advising on buy-side M&A, sell-side M&A and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining Stephens, Shelly worked in the Technology & Services Group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Shelly began his career at KPMG where he was part of the Federal Tax Group. Shelly holds a BBA in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from The University of Georgia and received his MBA from Emory University.
