Mr. Rosinus rejoined Stephens in November 2023 as a Managing Director covering depository institutions. For two years prior, he served in a senior operating role at a regional bank as EVP, Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations. Previously at Stephens, Mr. Rosinus was a Managing Director in the depository investment banking group and advised clients on more than 35 transactions totaling more than $3.5 billion in transaction value across M&A and capital markets. Prior to Stephens, he helped start two private equity funds that invested more than $125 million in financial institutions across the United States. In this capacity, he served on two boards of directors (one public and one private) exiting both investments successfully. Mr. Rosinus started his career at Keefe, Bruyette, and Woods in both investment banking and equity research.
