Mr. Martin joined Stephens in 2021 and serves as a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisition group. Prior to joining the M&A group, he worked as an Analyst on a variety of M&A transactions, carveouts and capital raises across several industries. Mr. Martin holds a BA in Mathematical Economics from Colorado College, where he competed on the Men’s Swim team.
