Yashin Mody

Yashin is a Director in Stephens’ London office in the Financial Services Group, with a particular focus on consumer and business finance, mortgages and specialist banks. He has over 15 years’ corporate finance experience, having advised across all aspects of corporate finance including IPOs, capital raises, public and private transactions.

Prior to joining Stephens in 2023, Yashin spent six years at Houlihan Lokey (including a year at Quayle Munro before its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey). He spent nearly ten years prior to that at Rothschild in both London and Johannesburg. During his last five years with Rothschild, he focused on advising financial institutions in the UK and globally. His transaction experience includes the sales of Goodbody to AIB and of Close Brothers Retail Finance to Klarna, the take privates of Proactis, Shawbrook and IFG Group and the IPOs of a.s.r. Nederland, TSB and Leonteq.

Yashin holds a BBusSci in Actuarial Science and Finance from the University of Cape Town.
