On November 26, 2024, Advancis Software & Services GmbH (“Advancis”), a leading provider of vendor-neutral threat management, announced its strategic partnership with Keensight Capital (“Keensight”)
Keensight will support Advancis with strategic know-how, resources and an extensive network. The aim is to further expand Advancis’ strong market position in existing markets and to develop new international growth opportunities – particularly in the North America and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions. At the same time, the focus is on further developing and complementing the product and solution portfolio and strengthening the team of employees.
Advancis will remain independent but will receive the support of an experienced partner to take the next big step on its growth path.

Founded in 1994 and headquartered in Langen, Germany, Advancis is a leading provider of Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) software. Its main product WinGuard integrates various security systems and devices, such as access control, video surveillance, and fire detection, enabling centralized control and monitoring across these disparate systems.
