- On July 20, 2022, Basin Industries LLC (the “Company”) closed on a new Asset-based Revolver & Senior Secured Term Loan, with aggregate commitments of $33 million
- Basin Industries is a diversified industrial company that owns and operates businesses across the Energy and Industrial sectors
- The new financing was raised across two of the Company’s business units:
- Black Diamond Oilfield Rentals LLC rents and services drill pipe, landing strings, heavy-weight drill pipe, drill collars, blowout preventers, mud motors, measurement-while-drilling (MWD) tools, drilling jars, and other drilling-related tools and equipment
- Basin Material Handling designs and manufactures custom packaging solutions for manual and automated material handling systems
- Net proceeds were used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes
