Transaction Details
- On June 13, 2018, Alight Solutions announced that it had signed an agreement to acquire Compass Professional Health Services. The transaction is expected to be completed during the third quarter, subject to customary closing conditions.
- The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

- Compass Professional Health Services offers a health care navigation platform providing advocacy and network optimization services to more than 1,700 companies and more than 2 million members in the U.S.
- Stephens Inc. served as the exclusive financial advisor to Compass.
