On July 16, 2026, Pediatrics Plus, an Arkansas-founded pediatric healthcare provider, announced the acquisition of Cynergy Rehab Group and Arkids Pediatric Day Centers, significantly expanding access to comprehensive pediatric therapy and developmental services for children and families across the state. The acquisition adds 12 locations, including developmental preschools, outpatient clinics and extensive school-based therapy partnerships throughout Arkansas, creating one of the state's largest providers of pediatric therapy and developmental services. The combined organization will employ approximately 2,100 team members and operate locations across Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.
