Transaction Details
On September 9, 2026, Elvaston announced that it has finalized the sale of a majority stake in its portfolio company Nexis Group GmbH (“Nexis” or “the Company”) to InfraVia Capital Partners (“InfraVia”). Tikehau Capital, a global alternative asset management group, will also be a minority shareholder alongside previous financial sponsor Elvaston.
Over the past four years, Elvaston and Nexis partnered to more than triple Nexis’s ARR and expand its Identity Visibility & Intelligence Platform (IVIP), which unifies IAM and GRC capabilities with AI-driven analytics, access governance, and compliance support. The Company’s technology is recognized in the Gartner Hype Cycle for Digital Identity and the KuppingerCole Leadership Compass on Identity Governance and Administration. The Company has built a loyal and diversified base of more than 130 blue-chip enterprises and financial institutions such as Munich RE, AXA, the Swiss Post and Swisscom.
The current management team will maintain a strong and lasting commitment to the new structure under the leadership of existing managing directors Dr. Heiko Klarl and Dr. Michael Kunz.
