On December 3, 2025, Palmetto Moon, LLC (“Palmetto Moon” or the “Company”), a portfolio company of Topspin Consumer Partners (“Topspin”), received a new subordinated debt investment from Graycliff Partners (“Graycliff”).
Palmetto Moon is a specialty retailer with over fifty stores throughout the Southeast that caters to consumers with an active and outdoor lifestyle.
Net proceeds from the transaction were used to fund a distribution to shareholders and for general corporate purposes. The Company’s existing senior credit facility remained in place.

Topspin Consumer Partners
Topspin Consumer Partners is a Mamaroneck, NY-based private equity firm that makes investments in established, profitable, and fast-growing middle-market consumer businesses. The firm invests across a number of sub-verticals within consumer, including health & wellness, personal care, beauty, food & beverage, household goods and pet. Topspin also invests in businesses across the consumer value-chain, including consumer and retail business services, co-manufacturing and co-packing, and technology/software solutions for consumer and retail businesses.
Graycliff Partners
Graycliff Partners provides flexible debt capital to US based middle market companies. The Graycliff team seeks to partner with private equity firms, independent sponsors, business owners and management teams to provide capital for acquisitions, management buyouts, recapitalizations, growth and expansion. Graycliff is industry agnostic, providing $10 million to $50 million in unitranche, subordinated debt and minority equity to companies with strong management, proven business models and stable cash flows.
