- The assets are located in Fayette County, Texas
- The package consists of 18 producing horizontal wells targeting the Giddings Field of the Austin Chalk and significant undeveloped unconventional upside potential across the 10,000+ net acre position
- The divested assets also include gathering and treating infrastructure with capacity to support meaningful additional development
