Mr. Mowery is nearing 25 years of transactional experience. He has significant experience in mergers & acquisitions (buy side and sell side) and capital markets (leading public and private equity & debt offerings). Mr. Mowery began leading Stephens’ Dealership Group in 2023 and his experience includes advising Hugg and Hall Equipment Company on several acquisitions. Prior to his current role, Mr. Mowery led Stephens' Power and Industrial Technology Group where his work included many high profile transactions in the smart grid sector. He joined Stephens in 2000 after 10 years as a corporate lawyer focusing on equity offerings and mergers and acquisitions, largely on behalf of Stephens and its clients. Mr. Mowery earned a B.S.B.A. in finance in 1987 from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas as well as a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1990 from the University of Arkansas School of Law.
