Stan Dimitrov

Mr. Dimitrov joined Stephens in October 2014. He focuses on transaction advisory work across all dealership sectors including auto, truck, recreational vehicle, boat, agriculture, and equipment dealerships. He has executed on a variety of transactions for private owners, public boards and management teams including buy side and sell side advisory, strategic alternatives, valuation events and equity and debt capital offerings.

Prior to joining Stephens, he was with Frost, PLLC, focusing on valuation of closely-held entities and providing litigation support. He started his career with CFO Network, providing outsourced accounting and financial support to small and mid-sized companies, as well as turnaround and restructuring services. Originally from Bulgaria, he holds degrees in finance, accounting and international business from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Mr. Dimitrov is a CPA, accredited in business valuation (CPA/ABV) (Inactive), and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (Inactive).
