Transaction Details
- On September 10, 2018, Indra announced the completion of the acquisition of Advanced Control Systems (“ACS”), a division of North American Transmission and Distribution Group (“NATDG”), in a transaction valued at $46 million
- NATDG is an affiliated portfolio company of Falfurrias Capital Partners
- The transaction allows Indra to enter the U.S. and Canadian markets, a region with more than 3,200 utilities, most of them municipalities or cooperatives, which are Indra’s target in this geographical market
- Stephens Inc. served as exclusive Financial Advisor to NATDG
