- On October 24, 2016, Atrion, Inc. (“Atrion”), was acquired by Carousel Industries (“Carousel”).
- Atrion, headquartered in Warwick, RI, is a leading IT services firm providing solutions across productivity and collaboration, unified communications, networking, systems integration, data center, and security.
- This transaction will allow Atrion to expand its ability to serve as a strategic IT partner that can scale to meet customers’ ever-changing business and IT requirements.
- Carousel now has more than 1,400 professionals in 27 locations nationwide, with approximately $525 million in annual revenue, and is one of the largest and fastest growing privately-held IT services firms in the U.S.
- Stephens Inc. served as the exclusive financial advisor to Atrion.
