On September 1, 2025, Boboli Benelux B.V. (the “Company”), a Dutch leader in savoury bakery products, providing customer solutions across bake-off and chilled technologies, and a portfolio company of Gilde Equity Management, announced the sale to Lantmännen Unibake, one of Europe’s largest bakery groups and part of the Swedish agricultural cooperative Lantmännen. The Company will serve as a cornerstone in Lantmännen Unibake’s expansion in the savoury segment.
