Fox River Valley Bancorp, Inc.
Transaction Details
- On November 20, 2015, County Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICBK, “County”) announced an agreement to acquire Fox River Valley Bancorp, Inc. of Appleton, WI.
- Aggregate purchase price of approximately $29 million
- Transaction consideration is 50% cash and 50% shares of County common stock
- The acquisition will add branches in Appleton and Green Bay, doubling County’s branch network, and increase its total assets to over $1 billion. County will also be the 6th largest exchange traded bank headquartered in the State of Wisconsin.
- The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2016.
- Stephens Inc. is serving as exclusive financial advisor and provided a fairness opinion to County.
