- On June 16, 2023, Freshcut Foods (“Freshcut” or the “Business”), the UK’s leading developer and supplier of high added-value plant-based food ingredient solutions, completed the sale of a majority stake to Flywheel Partners Limited (“Flywheel”).
- Flywheel and management aim to drive growth by leveraging Freshcut’s leading position within its attractive high growth market. As a strategic partner to its customers, Freshcut will continue to build long-term relationships underpinned by product quality, consistency, best-in-class service levels and leadership in innovation.
