- On September 26, 2016, Actua Corporation (“NasdaqGS:ACTA” or “Actua”) announced that its portfolio company, GovDelivery Holdings, Inc. (“GovDelivery”), has agreed to be acquired by Vista Equity Partners.
- The transaction is valued at $153 million and will be paid in cash, subject to certain adjustments, including working capital, cash, debt and other items.
- GovDelivery is the leading provider of cloud-based government communications software solutions.
- Stephens Inc. served as the exclusive financial advisor to GovDelivery.
