Transaction Details
- On August 29, 2022, MindCare announced the completion of its acquisition of Psych360 for an undisclosed amount. The transaction closed on August 16, 2022.
- The acquisition of Psych360 will expand MindCare’s encounters in the long-term care space, with Psych360 having conducted over 85,000 patient encounters over the last 12 months.
- David Morris, CEO of MindCare, said, “Psych360 is a pivotal provider in the long-term care space to thousands of patients, and we believe that, together, they will help our mission to deliver the best possible care and experience to our patients and health care partners.”
