- First Landmark is the only community bank headquartered in the Atlanta MSA greater than $500 mm in total assets with 100% of its deposits in Metro Atlanta’s Top 4 counties
- Upon closing, NCOM’s Atlanta operations will be led by First Landmark’s management team, consist of 5 branches and 2 LPOs, total approximately $750 million in both loans and deposits and represent 24% of pro forma deposits based June 2017 FDIC deposit data
- Transaction is expected to close in Q3’ 18
