- On August 23, 2022, Odewald KMU announced that they have successfully sold their shares in Heizkurier Group, a provider of mobile heating solutions, to NORD Holding
- Under Odewald KMU’s ownership, Heizkurier was transformed from an owner-managed family business into a market-leading, medium-sized company. Heizkurier's leading market position has been strengthened further through the continuous expansion of its own rental park, the opening of new branches and the completion of two add-on acquisitions
- With 110 employees at 13 locations, Heizkurier today generates revenues of more than EUR 30 million
