Transaction Details
- On October 3, 2023, Indra announced the completion of its acquisition of UK-based Park Air, a leader in ground-to-air radio systems, from Northrop Grumman.
- President of Indra, Marc Murtra said “This acquisition provides Indra with engineering and production capabilities for complex electronic systems. These capabilities are very synergetic with our current portfolio and can be used to grow our business with existing customers and develop new lines of business for Aerospace & Defence and Mobility.”
- Park Air managing director Fiona Thompson said that “being part of Indra opens the doors to some of the world’s most cutting-edge air traffic and defence projects and enhances our ability to continue innovating and delivering exceptional communications systems.”
