- On July 10, 2015, Charles Saleh (owner of Porter’s Group, LLC, Porter’s Properties and Porter’s Group Holdings, Inc., collectively the “Company”) agreed to sell the Company to an affiliate of Resilience Capital Partners (collectively with its affiliates, “Resilience”) for an undisclosed amount
- The transaction included a three year earn-out tied to the specific performance for the Company’s existing product lines serving the pharmaceutical market
- Stephens Inc. served as the Company’s exclusive financial advisor in the sale to Resilience

Porter’s Group, LLC
The Company is a metal fabricator located along the East Coast, processing approximately 20,000 tons of steel annually. It serves several end markets including the following: security, military, mining, heavy equipment and trucking. The Company provides a variety of custom fabrication services including CNC machining and milling, industrial coating and painting, laser cutting, robotic welding and custom press break forming, among others. The Company serves its global, diverse customer base from four locations with a combined production space of over 350,000 square feet.

Based in Cleveland, OH, Resilience was founded in 2001 by co-CEOs Steve Rosen and Bassem Mansour. Since its founding, Resilience has made numerous investments in companies in the industrial manufacturing, distribution, transportation logistics, and capital equipment sectors, among others.
