- proALPHA, one of the leading providers of ERP+ software for mid-market companies, announced its acquisition of Empolis Group, a provider of cloud-based and AI-assisted software products for service, knowledge and content management.
- Via this acquistion proALPHA is responding to a market that has been shifting toward service-oriented and data-based business models.
- While Empolis will continue to act on the market as a legally independent unit within the proALPHA Group, the Empolis products will be deeply integrated into the proALPHA ERP+ portfolio and at the same time continue to be used in combination with third party systems.
- The acquisition is subject to the approval of antitrust and other authorities.
