Transaction Details
- On 1 February 2022, Search Recruitment Group (“Search”), a portfolio company of H2 Equity Partners (“H2”), completed the refinancing of its debt facilities with funds provided by Barclays Bank plc
- Search was formed in May 2017 following the successful MBO of Search Consultancy, backed by H2. In August 2018 Search completed its first acquisition, Henderson Scott, a UK-based specialist technology recruitment agency
- Proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and support the working capital needs of the business as it continues on its growth trajectory
