- On November 3, 2016, Tandem Hospital Partners, LLC (“Tandem”) completed a private placement investment by Highland Capital Management, L.P. (“Highland”)
- Tandem partners with leading hospital systems across the U.S. to build and manage state-licensed, CMS-accredited, acute care micro-hospitals
- Highland is an SEC-registered investment adviser which, together with its affiliates, has approximately $15.4 billion of assets under management
- Stephens Inc. served as exclusive financial advisor to Tandem
- The proceeds will be used to fund the rollout of Tandem’s pipeline of micro-hospitals and for general corporate purposes
- The terms of the transaction were not disclosed
